From today the Mayor of London has extended the ULEZ zone, further out from the centre of London.
This will incur charges for some of our journeys into the ULEZ zones. We will need to pay these charges when we incur them. As with any journey you book we will quote the price of that journey and will include any extra charges in that quote, what we quote is what you pay.
Where a journey includes additional charges, such as ULEZ, Airport charges, or Dartford Crossing, we will always ensure your quote for that journey includes those charges within the price.
